All orders will be processed & shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays)*
In-stock merchandise will be processed for shipping within 1 business day. Orders placed during the holiday seasons, large orders, and out-of-stock items may take longer to process for shipping. Expedited and Overnight Orders will be processed for shipping within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for ground deliveries to be delivered.
If you are paying by certified check or money order, your order will be shipped when we receive payment.
* Delivery times are for in-stock footwear only. In some cases, our footwear ships directly from the manufacturer. If this is the case, shipping may take from 2 to 10 days longer, depending on the manufacturer.
Items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 4 weeks due to color, style, size, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified via email if items are temporarily out of stock, discontinued, or back ordered. We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, money orders and certified checks. Cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but please call us to coordinate this type of payment. Once the cashier's check or money order has been received, we will process your order for shipping. Please note that personal checks will delay order processing up to 7 business days to allow for check clearance.
You may return your order, within 30 days, for an exchange or a refund. Please do not return orders without a RA number.
1. Cut out the Return Address from your packing slip. If you didn't receive a packing slip, Click Here to print out our return form.
2. Complete the Return Form at the bottom of your packing slip. If you are exchanging, indicate the brand, style, color, size and width of the product you are exchanging for.
3. Pack your footwear and the Return Form in the original shoebox with all original packaging (plastic bags, insert cards, etc.) and then pack it in a shipping box. All orders MUST be returned in the original shoe box INSIDE another cardboard box. Damage to the shoe box will incur a $5.00 re-boxing fee. We re-use shipping boxes whenever possible to help save the environment, so please do the same.
4. Tape the Return Address Label to the outside of the shipping box.
5. Take your package to any shipping facility. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Note: Worn shoes are not returnable. If the item appears to be defective, please contact us at 1-800-449-2918. We cannot accept exchanges or returns that are scuffed, soiled or worn in any way. So please test your new footwear on a carpeted surface.

All items are warranted for 30 calendar days from date of receipt by customer. Comfortablefeet and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, mistreatment, or damages from use. Items which are reported defective within 30 calendar days of receipt will be replaced or refunded by Comfortablefeet or its manufacturers once verified (case by case basis). Since shipping confirmation emails are sent in the evening of the shipping day, there are instances when order cancellations cannot be done even when you have not received notification that your order has shipped.
