If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 business days of receipt for any reason, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, minus shipping and handling if applicable upon return. ALL merchandise and packages must be returned with all packaging (plastic bags, insert cards, etc.) in original, resalable condition and not to have been used, washed, or damaged in any way. The customer is responsible for the return of items to correct return address and accepts responsibility for any packages lost in return. Covington, LA 70433. Please attach a note to seller requesting either an exchange or store credit. Returns received used or without original packaging will be returned to the customer. Refunds or credits will be issued within 4 weeks of return.
